Service Overview
Our clients benefit from our strategic approach in securing global contracts with reputable transportation companies, ensuring optimal terms and conditions. We are equipped to arrange transportation from virtually any location to GGR, and vice versa, whether conducted in our name or on behalf of our clients. All transportation is fully insured, with any loss of insured metal compensated in cash. Additionally, we can provide storage facilities for our clients at their final delivery destinations in multiple countries.

Process
Upon receiving a shipping request from our client, we assess the rates, issue a tender, and present our best offer to the client.
According to the agreement, the client or their representative will decide which transportation offer to accept.
Transportation terms and conditions are confirmed with the client and include all pertinent details such as:
- The ground transporter used
- Any local agents we may appoint based on the country or our network of transportation agents
- Cost structure for specific weight ranges
- Destination details and Incoterms (e.g., door-to-door)
- Insurance coverage
- Fuel charges (whether included or excluded)
- Potential customs and import-export charges (whether included or excluded)
- Validity of the offer
- Terms and conditions of the forwarding agent

Process
GGR provides offers from 3 to 4 forwarding agents. Based on the agreed terms and conditions, GGR or the Mine will select the most appropriate forwarding agent. Upon request, the transportation contract will be integrated into the refining agreement between GGR and the Mine.

Once Global Gold Refinery (GGR) arranges the pick-up on behalf of the client, the following shipping information is required from the Mine:
- Number of packages or boxes
- Gross weight of packaging, bags, and bars
- Number of bags and bars
- Total net weight of each bar
- Total estimated gold content of the shipment in ounces
- Estimated silver content of the shipment in ounces
- Any additional information related to the shipment as reasonably requested by GGR
- Name of the client’s representative involved in the weighing, melting, and sampling procedures, if designated
- Arrival details of the shipment at GGR
GGR will confirm to the client through the forwarding agent that the goods have been delivered to and received by GGR.
GGR will pack the goods according to international standards and will provide the following details:
- Number of packages or boxes
- Gross weight of packaging and items
- Number of items
- Total net weight
- Net weight of each item
- Any additional information related to the shipment as reasonably requested by the Bank
GGR will also send the client a copy of all documents issued for the delivery to the forwarding agent.
